It has been a while since I last wrote, but our successful attempt to get the developer, Ricardo Scapellini to drop his previous Section 28 Application has not dampened his desires to ruin Shark Bay. In fact, he has renamed his Bahia Sardinia project, Shark Bay and is currently trying to get his Environmental Consultants, Doug Jeffrey, to provide a Final Scoping Report under section 24 of NEMA. This process is underway and we now need to further OBJECT to this latest Final Scoping Report on or before the 29th of April 2009.
