1. The granularity discharged is too big.<br />
Reasons: The abrasion of the hammer is serious; the grate bar breaks.<br />
Solutions: Change new hammer or change the grate bar.<br />
2. There is knock on the elastic coupling.<br />
Reasons: The pin roll is loose; the elastic ring is abraded.<br />
Solutions: Stop the machine immediately and tighten the pin roll nut; change new elastic ring.<br />
3. The hammer crusher vibrates during the operation<br />
Reasons: The static balance of the rotor does not reach the demands when changing the hammer or since the abrasion of the cone head; the hammer breaks and the rotor loses its balance, the pin roll twists and breaks; the triangle plate or the round plate breaks; the foundation bolt is loose.<br />
Solutions: Dismantle the hammer and select hammer according to the weight to make sure the total weight of the hammer on every hammer bearing is the same with the total weight of the hammer on the opposite hammer bearing, that is to say, the static balance reaches the stipulated requirement; change new hammer; change the pin roll; repair or change the electric welding; fasten the foundation bolts.<br />
4. There is a knock inside the machine.<br />
Reasons: some materials that cannot be crushed go inside the machine; the fasten part of the lining board is loose and the hammer knock on the lining board; the hammer of other spare part breaks.<br />
Solutions: Stop the hammer crusher and clean the crushing chamber; examine the tightness of the lining board and the gap between the hammer and the grate bar; change the broken spare parts.<br />
